Joel Cooke is a REALTOR®, team leader, musician, and servant leader dedicated to elevating excellence in both business and community. As the co-founder of Comprehensive Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty, Joel is committed to helping clients navigate their real estate journey with professionalism, attention to detail, and a comprehensive approach that prioritizes relationships over transactions.
Joel has served at the highest levels of organized real estate. He is a past President of the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS®, where he led with the theme “Elevating Excellence, A Symphony of Success,” drawing on his lifelong passion for music and leadership.
He currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Public Policy Coordinating Committee and has been deeply involved at the local and state levels, including revitalizing and chairing his local Young Professionals Network.
He will Chair the state level Texas REALTORS® YPN committee in 2027. His leadership has been marked by collaboration, strategic vision, and a commitment to strengthening the REALTOR® voice. Beyond real estate, Joel’s love for music continues to shape his leadership philosophy. An accomplished violist, he performs in local symphonies, where teamwork, discipline, and
harmony come together to create something greater than any one individual.
He also serves as President of Toastmasters Club 1509 in Midland, Texas, helping leaders grow in communication and listening skills. In his church community, he plays the viola in worship and volunteers alongside his wife to support families and children. At his core, Joel believes leadership is much like a symphony: when each person plays their part with excellence, something extraordinary is created.
Whether guiding clients, mentoring young professionals, or serving his community, Joel is driven by a passion to lead with integrity, purpose, and heart.
